30-Day Window
Reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know what's going on.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Shipped
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please include a photo of the issue when you contact us. We'll process a full refund or a free exchange right away, your choice, and there's no need to ship anything back to us.

Wrong Size, Changed Your Mind, or Design Not What You Expected
We're happy to offer a free exchange for a different size or design, or store credit. Item must be unworn and unwashed. Cash refunds are not available for this category.

Outside 30 Days
Requests made after 30 days from delivery are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
